Can I have my damaged item returned to the seller and repaired?

You can!
Please send the item you wish to be repaired to your Tenso Address.
As usual, it will be registered on your My Page once it has arrived. Then, please contact us about your wish to repair the item.
However, please make sure to contact the retailer beforehand and go through the necessary steps to request a repair.
