Is it possible to ship items domestically, within Japan?

We do not generally ship items to Japanese addresses.
However, we will comply under the circumstances shown below, and other situations that we deem appropriate.

We will ship items domestically if:
・The item was sent back to Japan because it could not be imported through your country's customs.
・The item cannot be exported through Japanese customs.

If the above conditions apply to your package, and you wish to send your item to a Japanese address, please remember to include the following information:
①Address within Japan
②Recipient's name
③Telephone number (In Japan)
④Requested delivery time
⑤Post code
