My package hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time. What should I do?

Please note that the estimated delivery dates may be delayed depending on the weather, and the traffic conditions.
Please check the tracking status of your package at Japan Post or the local post office tracking site.
In the unlikely event that there is no update of the tracking status after five days from delivery, please contact the local post office directly.

(* Please note that you may not be able to confirm some of the tracking information until arrival depending on the destination and delivery method.) 
In addition, if you do not know the location of your package after ten days, please contact the customer support with the information below. We will then proceed to ask Japan Post to conduct an investigation.

1. Your order details (items that can be confirmed in Japanese yen, such as the order confirmation email, purchase history)
2. · The reply received from the local post office.
· Date of inquiry
· Local post office branch name
· Name of staff in charge

If it has been confirmed that the package is still being stored at the local post office / customs, please contact the post office / customs directly within the storage period for the post office / customs (* 1).

There are some cases that the package is returned to Japan after the storage period has exceeded the local post office storage period of each country and customs with no "unable to deliver notice slip" / "customs tariff notice" were sent.
After the shipment of the package, we kindly ask for you to check the tracking constantly by yourself to avoid this from happening.

We kindly ask for you to confirm the detailed storage deadline at the local post office for each country. )
