It has been a week since I was informed that my package was sent off, but I have yet to receive it. What should I do?

If you do not receive your package within a week of Tenso informing you that it has been shipped out,

1. The package has incurred tax, and the customs office is waiting for it to be paid.
2. The package has been sent back as you were not present at the time it arrived at your address.
*Depending on your country's post service, it is possible that you will not be notified about any attempted delivery or incurred tax before the storage period for your package is over and it is sent back to Japan.

【How to retrieve your package】
1. Contact Tenso customer support to tell us that you cannot receive your package, and request that we send you a copy of the invoice.
2. We will send you a copy of the invoice by e-mail.
3. Please take the copy of the invoice and some personal identification to your nearest central post office.
4. Please follow the instructions of the post office.
