I can't log into my account. What should I do?

Please try the following :

1. Make sure you input your Email address and Password correctly.

2. There is a possibility that the problem is cache related.
    Please check your cache and try logging in again.

* In order to delete your cache (For internet explorer 6.0) :
Go to Tools, and click on Internet Options.
In the General tab, go to the Temporary Internet Files section, and press the Delete Files button.
