I have purchased a prohibited item. What should I do?

This depends on the current location of your package.

If your package has not yet been shipped out by the retailer, please contact them as soon as possible to request the cancellation of your order.

If your package has already been shipped out by the retailer, we can send the item back once it has arrived at our warehouse, or we can have it shipped to an address in Japan.
Also, if we receive a prohibited item that you have bought, we will alert you by e-mail.
*If you wish to return the item, please ask for the retailer's permission to do so beforehand.
