Your tenso Address is an address we assign you that acts as your "personal location" in Japan. Please use it when Japanese retailers ask you to enter a Japanese address.

Additionally, please note that we distinguish your packages from those of our other customers by your unique Member ID (TSID), the number begins with "TS" in your tenso Address.
As such, when shopping online, please make sure to include your member ID (TSID) at the end of your address.
Neglecting to do so may prevent your package from being successfully shipped to you.
