A package on my MyPage is registered as "0 yen".
If the price is not shown on the invoice, or there is not an invoice, price of the item will be registered as 0 JPY. Please edit the declared value based on the price you actually paid for the item.
※Please note that the receipt of the order may be requested during customs clearance.
※Compensation for damage or lost during the shipment is determined based on the declared value.
Kindly understand that if declared information is different from the actual items, importation or exportation of the package may be refused. If you do not know what the items are, do contact tenso customer support before completing the payment for shipment.
Also, when price of the item is 0 JPY, you will not be able to make a payment or apply for package consolidation.
