If I used the name which is different to the name I am registered with my account, is there any problems for you to receiving packages?

We still sign for the package even if the recipient's name differs from your registered one. However, the package will not be registered to user's account directly and will be kept as ""Unknown recipient packages"".

If you do not receive an notification email from us after three days from the date that the delivery status indicated as ""Delivered"", contact us by email (support@tenso.com) and send us the information below.
