What do I do if there are some items missing from my package?

If the shipping box is damaged or unsealed upon arrival, there is a possibility that the product(s) is missing during the shipment.

Please kindly check with your package again, and 
・Keep all items with packing materials, bag or box. 
・Check with the sender if the order was sent in one or mutiple packages. 
・Check if the items are covered or wrapped with other packing materials.

Then, please follow the insturctions below and provide us the necessary information.

1. Damage report: Please take the entire package, including the packing materials, to the local post office and file a Damage Report (CN24 Format).  
  **For customers who live in United States, please file a damage report in format of ""PS Form 2856"". 

2. Photo: Please send us detailed pictures of packaging status, all items you received, and a record of the package weight.
3. Order details: Such as an order confirmation email, invoice, etc. 
  **If your items are partly missing or damaged, please mark the items with circles.

After we receive inforamtion above, we will help double check with warehouse staff and file a report with JP post.
