While shopping on amazon, 置き配指定サービス(Unattended Delivery) may be the default setting for Delivery instructions at the very beginning.

If your package is not delivered to our warehouse within our office hours, it may be stolen if you arrange Unattended Delivery to have the delivery man simply leaves your package at our front door. Thus, please avoid using this delivery instructions. 

For packages that are shipped by 置き配指定サービス(Unattended Delivery), tenso.com bears no responsibility for damaged/lost/stolen packages.

Please refer to the following steps to cancel the setting of Unattended Delivery.
1) Please go to the shopping page on amazon.
2) Before sending out your order, please click on the button, 配送指示(Delivery instruction), which is under the part of your shipping address.
3) Please choose “置き配を利用しない” for the section of 置き配指定(Unattended Delivery Designation). ※For English version, please choose ""Do not leave unattended"".
4) Click on “保存(Save)” to save the change.

Once you finish the setting, it will be applied to your future orders. Thus, you only need to change the setting once. Please make sure to cancel 置き配(Unattended Delivery) before you place your first order on amazon.
