Package shipped by Taiwan Family Mart Pickup Service hasn't arrived.

※The package will be shipped from our warehouse the next business day after the payment date.

Your package will be shipped by EMS from Japan to Family Mart’s Taiwan warehouse, and then be delivered to the branch you chose by Family Mart. Please note that if the tracking number we sent you shows "Delivered", it means your package has arrived at Family Mart’s Taiwan warehouse instead of the branch you chose.

After your package arrives at the branch you chose, SMS notice will be sent to the phone number you filled in.
※You may not be able to receive the SMS notice due to your phone setting or signal condition. If you still have not received any SMS notice after four days since the tracking number showed "Delivered", please check with the branch you chose directly.

On the other hand, after your tracking number shows "Delivered", you can enter your "tenso package number" in the following link to check the status of the following delivery.
