Before you start Identity Verification via your My Page, you can edit the address via “Review and edit other user information” at the bottom of My Page.
 
After you complete Identity Verification, there are two available ways to change the shipping address.
 
1) Shipping the first package or a postcard to the current registered address
Once you receive the first one or receive a postcard and let us know a passcode on the postcard will allow you to edit a shipping address as you like.
 
2) Resetting the verification status
After we reset the verification status of your account, reviewing the new address
and re-submitted document(s) will allow you to ship packages to another address.
If you are a holder of a passport issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan, writing the desired address in the "OVERSEAS ADDRESS" is also acceptable.

Please note that another valid document for address verification is required if your passport is issued after Feb.4th, 2020.
 
**Shipping to your work place
It would be available by the first option above or submitting a certificate of employment.
