What should I confirm before I pay for the shipment?
1. Confirm Package Information on My page-Package Info
Please check ""Description of goods"", ""Quantity"", and ""Subtotal (Declared Value)"" before paying for international shipping fee.
The default subtotal is based on the invoice in the package. If there's no invoice inside the package, the subtotal will be taken as 0 JPY. If you find the default subtotal is different from your order, please click the blue button ""Edit Package Information"" and type in the correct amount.
Note that the unit price should be put at least 1 JPY.
e.g.
Food Item, Quantity 3, Subtotal 1 JPY (X)
Food Item, Quantity 3, Subtotal 3JPY (O)
*About INVOICE
Package information, including Description of goods"", ""Quantity"", and ""Subtotal (Declared Value)"" will be printed on invoice. The invoice will be attached to the package and it's necessary for customs clearance.
2. Consignee is required to pay for customs duties/surcharge
Goods imported into your country might be subject to customs duties/surcharge according to the type of package,/product, quantity, declared value or other factors. As calculation of customs duties and restrictions vary in countries/regions, please contact your local customs for more information.
Please note that tenso handling fee does not include customs duty/tax. If customs duty/tax is chargred on imports in your country, you will need to pay for it or submit additional document if it's requested from your local customs.
