I have trouble paying the Usage Fee with my credit card.
Common reasons are as follows.
1. The card has expired
2. Exceeding the credit limit
3. Transaction at tenso.com has been restricted by the card issuer
If your page displays "Processing Payment", it means the payment system is awaiting the authorization approval. In this case, please wait for 5-10 minutes and pay again since the procedure takes time.
You can also clear cache, cookies and change another browser then try again.
