Because inspection of import and Customs clearance in China become stricter, cases of returning to Japan, confiscating, and disposing packages by China Customs have also been increased.
From our past experiences, following instances could happen upon Customs clearance. Please check before you arrange shipments.
■【Products with declared value over 1,000 RMB】 or 【quantity of items which cannot be considered as personal use】 cannot be imported to China and may be returned to Japan.
As a result, we recommend that you order fewer items in one package. Also, we can help split package. Please contact us if you need this service.
■ "Customs duty" or "other Customs clearance fees" may be required when receiving packages in China. In these cases, those requirements must be taken care by the recipient.
■ Depending on items, more specific information, certificates of origin, import licenses to China or proof of declared value may be required.
If the recipient cannot submit those documents, besides being returned, there were also cases that the packages were confiscated and disposed.
Please also avoid declaring values which are obviously lower than actual product values.
If your package is returned from China, the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
Also, depending on shipping methods, returning fee may be required.
