Will the package still be received even if I incorrectly input the recipient's name?

We still sign for packages even if the information does not match customer's account.

If the TSID or recipient on the package is different from your account, the package will be kept as "Unknown Recipient" temporarily.

In this case, please contact tenso customer service and send us screenshots of order confirmation or fill out the following form.

Once we confirm your information matches the package, we will register it to your account.
