What should I do if I want to change the description of my package?
Please follow the steps below to edit item information.
【Item Information】
Log in your My Page → Package Info/Consolidation Service → Edit Package Information
If the price of the item is unknown when the package arrives at our warehouse, it will be registered as 0 JPY. Please edit the declared value based on the price you actually paid for the item.
※Please note that the receipt of the order may be requested during customs clearance.
※Compensation for damage or lost during the shipment is determined based on the declared value.
Also, since quantity of items cannot be edited, if registered quantity is different from the quantity you ordered, please contact tenso customer support.
If you cannot find a suitable item description, or you wish to edit item description, please select “Other”.
Kindly understand that if declared information is different from the actual items, importation or exportation of the package may be refused. If you do not know what the items are, do contact tenso customer support before completing the payment for shipment.
