My package should have arrived at Tenso.com, but it doesn't say so on my My Page.

After a package arrives at our warehouse, it usually takes us 2 business days to open, inspect, weigh, and register the package information into the system.

If you still do not receive a notification e-mail after 3 business days from the package delivery date, please provide us with information below.
